If you have good insulation in your garage, you need to multiply 0.5 ( if average — 1, bad — 1.5, no insulation — 5) by both the cubic feet and the amount of temperature rise you need (we will take 30°F), and then divide it by 1.6. For example: 0.5 x 10,880 x 30 / 1.6 = 102,000. To turn it into watts, you need to divide this number to 3.41: 102,000 / 3.41 is approximately 29,912W.
